Utakura 7 Investments Limited was established with the core purpose of strategically investing in business opportunities that create value while enabling our shareholder community to thrive and prosper.

- To create space for our whanau to participate and collaborate in business opportunities
- To diversify the income stream for Utakura 7 by direct local investment.
- To establish a Joint Venture Investment Fund to support local small industries
We plan to achieve this by developing two brands that draw upon the taonga that have been handed down to us by our tupuna, Our whenua and our whanau.

This is our Accommodation, Food and Beverage, and Tourism Brand.
Placed at the end of Te Pou Herenga Tai – Twin Coast Cycleway, Horeke is a diamond in the rough that has the potential to be developed into a unique tourist destination. Te Horeke, with the adjacent Mangungu Mission and Karewa Ki Runga Pa, have important cultural significance to us. It was the seat of Power of our Tupuna, Muriwai, Te Tukutake. If anyone is going to make this gem shine once more, it is us, his descendants.
Riverhead Villa is a historic kauri villa with 8 Spacious rooms, warm hospitality, and a tranquil villa setting overlooking the harbour.
